Event Formats and Prices
How it works
In 2010 we will continue to offer track time for bikes in two different formats. Track time dedicated to experienced riders who hold a current ACU licence will normally be open-pit-lane format, others will be run as sessions for beginners, intermediate riders, experienced riders as well as sidecar groups.
We have also significantly increased the number of dates available, particularly in the early part of the season.
Following feedback from a number of riders, we now restrict beginners sessions to beginners, and not necessarily riders who want to run machines in, or do circuit set up at a slower pace. We feel these riders are experienced enough to ride in their own group based on experience, ensuring they are not a 'moving hazard' to other riders and that fellow participants in the group also have enough experience to deal with slower moving machines.
On a standard trackday, we group solo riders together as beginners, intermediate or advanced according to experience.
All groups run four 20-minute sessions
Each group is led around on 3 sighting laps for the purpose of tyre warming and circuit familiarisation
Sidecars run in their own exclusive group.
All participants must complete an indemnity form, present either a road or race licence and attend a safety briefing before being allowed on circuit.
Full leathers, either one-piece or two-piece zipped together are mandatory.
Currently, there are no noise restrictions in force
Prices for 2010
Solo bike (or any number thereof) and rider or sidecar for 4 x 20 minute sessions £99
Prebooked and prepaid at least 48 hours in advance £85
ARA or S100 members, pre-booked and pre-paid at least 48 hours in advance £70

Places will not be held without payment.
SHOULD MINIMUM NUMBERS NOT BE ACHEIVED 7 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT THEN DUKE TRACKDAYS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL
Payments may be made by debit or credit card by telephone, or by cheque or cash to our offices in Tromode.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are subject to 50% surcharge
In the event of a track day being cancelled due to bad weather or issues outside our control, we will offer a full refund to participants or alternatively carry forward the full payment to a future trackday.
Exclusive Circuit Hire
Riders clubs, press, testing, product launches or other group bookings can have exclusive use of the circuit and facilities based on either full or half days. This is a fantastic way to over-indulge in the exclusivity of a trackday on the Isle of Man - road racing capital of the world!

Full day hire (6 Hours) £3650 + VAT
Private Hire
Hourly private test sessions available (subject to conditions) from £195 per hour for one machine. Phone for rates for more than one machine on track.
