Welcome to the Island's UK-style Jurby Kart Circuit. Here you can check out the fast and exciting karting facilities at our continually improving 375 metre track. We have transponder timing with big-screen readout, the latest karts and apply a totally professional approach to everything we do. We cater for individuals, birthday parties, clubs, corporate and stag / hen groups.

NEW - Karting from 8 years on

Duke Karting at Jurby has just taken delivery of a new fleet of Alpha Junior karts specifically designed for children from 8 years old and at least 1.25 metres high.
These stylish Honda-engined karts have adjustable seats, pedals and steering wheels to suit from 8 to 16 year-olds.
Available immediately for arrive-and-drive and party groups from 6 or more.

Kids Parties
Now even more of your family and friends can enjoy our popular kids parties.  These start with a full safety briefing, then a track walk followed by a controlled practice session behind the pace kart before open timed sessions for the budding grand prix stars.  Everyone gets a race report with all the times to take home along with a big smile - call 897121 to book your party

200cc Honda Karts

Our fleet of BIZ karts run with 200cc Honda engines, geared to 35 mph! Manufactured with safety in mind, the karts have a tubular steel chassis for safety and rigidity and feature energy absorbing  side pods for extra safety. They are lightweight with highly responsive steering, resulting in more positive control and improved balance. Just what you need to stay ahead! Remote cut outs and speed restrictors are used for additional safety

Timing System All the karts are fitted with transponders so lap time improvements can be seen immediately and you can have a full breakdown of times and results to take home. What's more, the circuit is always going through periods of change and improvement to challenge the most experienced karter and provide bundles of laughs for the novice. There's loads of space for sliding the karts around in damp conditions and for overtaking!

Facilities All safety equipment is provided including helmets, gloves, overalls and rib protectors. The circuit is fully marshalled at all times. Our heated viewing gallery provides warmth and comfort for spectators. Hot and cold drinks are available all day. There's ample parking adjacent to the circuit.

Age, height and weight Due to the size of our karts the minimum height of 1.25 metres is strcictly adhered to and regrettably persons over 1.9 metres or 115kg are not able to participate

Off Island visitors. Only 30 to 35 minutes from Douglas and 10 minutes from Ramsey. We have excellent relationships with local taxi companies with 16 seater mini buses, rental companies should you wish to hire a mini bus yourself, and even coach companies for the larger groups.
We can also recommend several places for snacks, meals and refreshments within the area, some less than 2 miles away
